Product & Usage

How hot does the LunaHeat Belt get? It has three fixed heat stages: 50°C for everyday warmth, 55°C for cramps and cycle care, and 60°C for deeper relief. Each stage holds a constant temperature rather than climbing higher over time.

How do I turn it on and switch heat stages? Press and hold the button on the side for 2–3 seconds to power on. Tap the button to cycle through the three heat stages — the LED display shows your current setting.

How long does it take to heat up? About 3 seconds from power-on to reaching temperature.

How long does the battery last on a full charge? Battery life depends on which heat stage you use — lower settings last longer than the highest setting. On average, expect enough runtime for a few hours of continuous use per charge; exact runtime varies by stage.

How do I charge it? It charges via the included USB-C cable, plugged into the port on the side of the device. A full charge takes about 45 minutes.

Can I wear it under my clothes? Yes. The slim pad and elastic strap are designed to sit flat and discreetly under a shirt, sweater, or coat.

What sizes does the strap fit? The elastic strap is adjustable and fits most waist sizes, roughly 24"–44".

Is it waterproof? No — avoid submerging it in water or wearing it in the shower or bath. Wipe the fabric cover with a slightly damp cloth if needed, but keep the internal components dry.

Can I sleep with it on? We recommend not sleeping while wearing the device unless your product manual explicitly states it's safe for overnight use. Falling asleep with a heat source against your skin for extended periods isn't recommended.

Is it a medical device? No. The LunaHeat Belt is intended for general comfort and relaxation use only — it's not designed to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. If you have a medical concern, please consult a physician before use.

Materials & Care

What is the fabric cover made of? A soft, brushed velvet-touch fabric designed to feel gentle against skin.

How do I clean it? Wipe the fabric surface gently with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash, soak, or submerge the device, and make sure it's fully dry before charging or using again.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take? Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days;  International orders can take 8-15 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, to select countries shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy? We offer a 30-day comfort guarantee from the date of delivery. If it's not right for you, we'll issue a full refund — see our Return & Refund Policy for the full details.

Do I have to pay for return shipping? No — we provide a prepaid return label for standard returns within the US.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective? Contact us right away with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Can I exchange for a different color instead of a refund? Yes — just email us and we'll set up an exchange. You won't need to pay return shipping for a straight swap.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit and debit cards, and other payment options shown at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once an order has shipped, it will need to go through our standard return process.

Is my payment information secure? Yes. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers, and we don't store your full card details on our servers.

Gifting

Does it come in other colors? Yes — the LunaHeat Belt is also available in white, in addition to the pink edition.

Can I send it as a gift directly to someone else? Yes, just enter their shipping address at checkout. Note that we currently don't offer built-in gift messaging or gift wrapping, but this may be added in the future.
