5. Shipping

  • Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: we offer a 30-day comfort guarantee from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in that policy.

7. Product Use & Safety

By purchasing and using the LunaHeat Belt, you agree to:

  • Follow all included instructions and safety warnings.
  • Not use the product on broken, irritated, or numb skin, or on infants or individuals unable to remove the product or communicate discomfort.
  • Not leave the product unattended while powered on, use it while sleeping unless explicitly stated as safe for that use, or submerge it in water.
  • Discontinue use and consult a physician if you experience any adverse reaction, burn, or discomfort.

We are not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from use of the Product in a manner inconsistent with the included instructions.
