Position the pad over your lower abdomen or lower back, then loop the elastic strap around your waist and fasten the buckle clip. Slide the buckle to adjust the fit snug enough to stay in place, loose enough to sit comfortably over or under clothing -

Press and hold the button on the display for 2-3 seconds to turn it on it reaches temperature in about 3 seconds tap through the button to cycle between the three stages: 50° for daily warmth, 55° for cramps and cycle care, or 60° for deeper relief the LED screen shows your current setting -
3Wear it, enjoy it, then recharge
Let it run while you work, relax, or move around — it's cordless and hands-free. When the battery indicator runs low, plug in the included USB-C cable; a full charge takes about 45 minutes
